Beach Demons
Van Gogh's Grandsons
Spring Break Fling · Bittersweet Coming-of-Age · Synth-Pop Sunshine
#VERSE
What a wild Spring Break party
Our eyes locked on the beach
Two drinks led to laughter
Then flirtation increased
#CHORUS
Like sun worshippers
We danced with crowds all day
But that night on warm sands
We quietly ran away
#VERSE
Our glances were steamy
When our eyes first met
Like the sand, things got hotter
Like the surf, things got wet
#CHORUS
Friends called us beach demons
For our devilish grins
Mischievously waiting
For night to begin
#INSTRUMENTAL
#BRIDGE
During each day
We’d walk hand-in-hand
After sunset
We’d make love on the sand
Drinking and dancing
Kissing by starlight
Two wild beach demons
Every night
#VERSE
When our week of sunshine ended
We kissed eighteen goodbyes
I said, “Let’s plan to meet soon”
You said, “No thanks, but it’s been nice”
#CHORUS
You said, “This beach demon
Is loyal to none
Thought you knew Beach demons
Are only sworn to fun”
#OUTRO
Beach demons are only sworn to fun
Beach demons are only sworn to fun
